CACME Presents the 2026 Annual Meeting.

The 2026 CACME Annual Leadership Conference will be live in person, August 28, 2026 at National Jewish Health in Denver, CO. If at unable to attend in-person, you may attend virtually. Cancellation & Refund Policies

CACME hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, CACME knows extenuating circumstances do occur.

The CACME Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy
The CACME Annual Leadership Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the conference.

Conference registration canceled on or before August 21, 2026, is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Registrants canceling on or after August 27, 2026 will NOT receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.

In the event CACME must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, CACME will refund the cost of registration.

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents CACME from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
